Returns

You may return most new and/or unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error AND is shipped back within 10 days after you received an incorrect or defective item. There are no refunds for opened packs of incense or cleaners unless there is a factory defect.

You should expect to receive your refund within one week after we receive your return. This time period does not include the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days). The time it takes your bank to process our refund request could take 5 to 10 business days.

If you need to return an item, email us at sales@PrestigePipes.com with your reason(s) for return and also your sales information. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We ship orders the same day we receive them during daytime business hours M-F. All orders placed on the weekend will not be shipped until the next business day. If an item is not in stock, the customer will be notified immediately.

We can only ship to addresses in the United States. No exceptions.

All orders have FREE UPS Ground shipping in the continental US. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, and other addresses outside the 48 states will incur additional charges for Air Shipping. Express Air delivery can be acquired for an additional charge. An email request must be submitted before the order is placed to make sure items are in stock for delivery via air shipment.

Due to State Laws our company can not ship glass products to the states of Pennsylvania and Iowa. Glass products can not be shipped to U.S. P.O. Boxes.

All incense products can not be shipped to North Dakota, Kansas, Missouri, Tennessee, and Kentucky.

BUYING

All credit card purchases must be either VISA, MC, or AMERICAN EXPRESS. Credit card information is not kept on file at our office. NO information is sold or given to any person(s) that is a non-employee of PRESTIGE PIPES. All credit card purchases are protected from ID theft by using a secure SSL encrypted software program which is provided by BigCommerce.

Non credit card purchases can be made by money order or cashier's check. No personal checks will be accpeted for payment. Cash pick-up orders are possible only by permission from an employee of PRESTIGE PIPES. All non credit card orders must be submitted via email to sales@PrestigePipes.com so the order can be manually picked and held until payment has been received.
